Trademark

The name Psyco Skateboards may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not licensed or agreed to by Psyco skateboards.

Psycoskate.com uses SSL Encryption Technology via Google, which is the industry standard. SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet.

Responsibility

Psycoskate.com sells products to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Psycoskate.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders at anytime. If we have reason to suspect a risk of fraud associated with your order, we will contact you - please respond promptly - if you don’t, we’ll cancel the order.

Purchase for Personal Use Only

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Shipping

The shipping rates to the 48 U.S. states is $5 for extra small orders and $10 for all other orders in the Continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii is $10-$25, depending on weight.

Free shipping to Continental U.S. on orders of $60 or more.

In order to minimize risk of lost or stolen packages we offer a signature required shipping option where delivery of the package will require a signature from someone at the designated shipping address. International shipping rates are calculated based on weight, size, and location. Duties & Taxes are not included and the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges. These charges are different depending on the country it is being shipped to and the price of the item you ordered.

Please allow 7 business days for order processing and verification, and up to an additional 10-14 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.

SHIPPING

You will receive confirmation once your order is processed and another e-mail once your order is shipped with a tracking number
We ship only domestic inside the United States.
Please make sure you check out with the correct address. We are not responsible for orders being sent to the wrong destination
If you have checked out with the wrong address and need the order to be redirected, please note that additional shipping fee's may apply
Due to high volume of orders it may take up to 2-3 business days to receive a tracking number for your order. If you don't receive a tracking number after that time please contact [email protected]

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We cannot do returns once the order has been confirmed, unless the clothing is defective or if we have mistakenly sent the wrong item.
